    I changed up my diet a bit in the past few months, but before basically all I ate was oatmeal, cottage cheese and apples. No surprises here!

    Ah, what do the first 3 say about me?

    Though in my old crash dieting days, I didn't think I could have full fat milk, butter and olive oil as my top 3 foods and still lose weight.
