Hello Everyone

I have not been on here for quite sometime and cannot remember when I even made my account. To introduce myself my username is Theme57 and I am currently a California resident in the San Mateo area. I am 20 years old turning 21 this December and have had a lifelong issue of keeping myself in good health due to a number of factors. Two years ago I began using TrimYou to reduce my weight mainly because by the time I was 18 and eating a lot better in smaller quantities my metabolism was shot. It worked great, but during the next two years I was juggling between using TrimYou to reduce my weight to an acceptable level and my family only having starchy food to eat most of the time. Up until 6 months ago my stomach began to go on strike. The majority of foods I used to eat despite being homemade or store bought gave me a slight feeling of nausea, but I would never throw up. Since then I now live with alone and have a job so I buy my own food. Before going on TrimYou recently my meals were organic chicken baking in olive oil with diced garlic, salads, and a couple other meals from a few select restaurants. My goal is to drop from 250 down to 200 at least. Preferably I want to go on another round after this ones ends of TrimYou to get myself to 170 - 180 where I at least have a flat stomach.

  • hello everyone my name is samantha im 22 years old. ive currently just started working out and eating healthier trying t get back into shape. would love to hear from some of you if any one has any cool ideas to help trim down very interested in hearing about some of your guys routines. my goal is to go from 228 to 150-170 range where im not to thin but i have still a little meat i feel i look healthy at that weight. one excerise i have been loving is the biggest loser weight loss yoga i just feel so great after zoning into that for a good 30 mins.
