I just got tired of the term NSV...

Sooo, my nails are so strong ever since I started paying more attention to my macros...IN YOUR FACE!


What's your favorite in your face non scale achievement that proves YOUR weight loss method is working/superior/adequate.

    In large part because of my increased balance through yoga.

    I had gained so much weight that my wedding rings were too tight on my finger. I stopped wearing them for a while to give my finger a break and let myself lose weight. Because the fat in my finger redistributed (I had worn an indention into my finger with my rings), it took a while before I could get them back on. But now I'm almost 37 pounds down and wearing both rings again.
