Hey folks, I just started this program. I would like to meet a few of you to share info. I have been doing this for 3 days now and I always go over on my protein. Will I eventually adapt to this? Should I change my goals? I don't know I'm only 3 days in it's not like I am a veteran where I should know all my new eating program.

I have been exercising since Monday and I have lost 1.6 lbs. I am so excited about getting a leaner healthier body back I can hardly get to sleep, which why I am up typing this. I can do this, I have 1.6 lbs of proof that I can lose weight. Now to stick with it and get some real results.
