    You are totally transformed.. Congratulations Sir!! May I ask, how did you keep from having a lot of "excess skin" afterwards? What exercises did you do? Can you share a bit about what "diet" you used, etc. Again..totally awesome job.. I like the info about buying clothes along the way.. I'll use the local "thrift shop" and re-donate mine when I am done.. Thanks!!
