So is anyone else miserable? I take meds for them and most of the time they help with the symptoms but I am EXAUSTED when they get really bad.
Anyone else feel the same and how do you stay motivated to work out?

OMG I feel your pain! It's miserable! I completely gave up on running outside this year. It always seems to lead to an upper respiratory infection and an asthma flare-up for me, and I'm still new at work so I can't really afford to miss. As much as it saddens me, I just try to stick to doing workouts inside.
If it's sinus congestion, I'll have a cup or two of strong tea or coffee (nothing carbonated), wait 15 minutes or so for the caffeine to really kick in, and do high intensity for as long as I can without dropping dead. It usually ends up being a shorter workout, but I'm still burning calories and getting warmed up for weights. Cardio tends to help clear my sinuses for some reason, so I try not to skip it unless I'm REALLY sick. Weightlifting is easier to get motivated for when my allergies are bad.0
