white bread replacement..

Guys i love eggs. The problem is i like to eat them with white bread. Please suggest some other options i can eat them with.. Except brown bread... Oh and that involves less cooking, cutting etc .. I am short of time in the morning..

    Like, fried eggs, or scramles? I like to make "omelettes" in muffin tins (baked in the oven) and then freeze the individual portions to grab in the am. I have it on a light English muffin with a reduced fat cheese - 25-30 seconds in the microwave and BAM! Breakfast!!

    White bread is fine if it fits in your calories. Maybe a whole grain white bread? It has more fiber...

    Tortillas, bagels, english muffins, naan, pita, biscuits, croissants...

    In my opinion a fried egg sandwich works best with white bread. What is your reason for wanting to change this to something else? There's no reason not to eat white bread (unless you have a medically diagnosed reason to avoid it) - just fit it into your macro and calorie goals.

    No need to eliminate the bread......eliminate butter if you use it. I put mine on bread with no butter and eat it like an open-faced sandwich. I break the yolk when it's cooking so it's not drippy.

    White bread + a few potato skins to your eggs to make up for lost fiber.

    Forget the fried eggs.

    Make some French Toast with challah bread, dusted with a little cinnamon and nutmeg and serve with fresh fruit.

    Well, it's better than believing eggs are bad and looking for an egg replacement. If you like whiter bread, have at it, why fk something up you enjoy because of misinformation. I like to make potato, ricotta and thyme rosti's with poached eggs, but that's just me. And yup, the potatoes are white.

    thankyou guys.. i was just thinking of stop eating white bread because my weightloss is stalled like for months and although i fit my white bread in to my daily goal i thought i'd do a lil bit cleaning up on my diet,,

    I know you said except brown bread but.............

    I'm not a "brown bread" fan either, but Sara Lee 45 calorie multi-grain bread OR sara lee 45 calorie 100% whole wheat bread actually taste really good. it doesn't have the brown bread taste. and obviously only 45 cal a slice, with fiber, and 3 g of protein a slice

    Actually i dont hace a problem with brown bread.. Its my mother. She doesnt let me eat it.. She says that you are eating too healthy already a lil bit unhealthy is fine. Plus you wont continue this thing life long and she is right abt that..
