time to stop loosing I've reached my goal

Ok 1 year, 295+ to 165.6 pounds, 57" to 33" waist. Sub 10% body fat. I've switched gears to maintance and will hold this for little while (got fractured left radial neck that needs to heel anyways can't really workout well with one arm) before trying to make some lean gains. (Not going to add a bunch of calories and get fat, just 200-400 extra to build little muscle over time)

Thank you everyone. I'm 6'-0". Took me right at a year almost to the day. Next goal is to stay at current bf% but eventually I'd like to gain weight with some muscle.0

No not really as far as maintenance forum. I've not really had the time, but will. This isn't the end I have to keep up my defenses but can eat little more.
Best advice to anyone, don't expect straight drop. You'll lose then level off, like a roller coaster. Don't get discouraged.0 -
