So i'm thinking of starting Insanity, But i'm worried that my calves and thighs will grow bigger(they're mostly fat) and if they did, by how much? Not to be rude, but I really only need a yay or nay and some numbers, not any advice. Ok thank you!

They will get slimmer, not bigger.0

Sorry, but you are getting the advice. It is extremely easy to lose muscle, much easier than losing fat. If you suddenly notice that your muscles in your legs are too big, then just let up on the exercises for them.0

thank you so much. What I mean by advice is something along the lines of:" yeah they will, but you can also try calf raises, ect, ect.". It's not that I don't find them unhelpful, it's just I know all of them already0

Insanity is straight cardio, so unless you're taking steroids or doing it with 100 lb weights strapped to you, it will not make any parts of you grow bigger. Trust.0
