I started going to the gym on my lunch break a few weeks ago and doing a lot more walking and cycling at weekends etc, which is great, but it's destroying my feet!! The bottoms of my feet are now covered in blisters, dry skin, verrucas... am I wearing the wrong trainers or something? Is there anything I can do??

make sure you socks fit well, if they are bunching under your food that would be bad

had a similar problem when I started running and had to go down a size in shoes because they were moving too much and rubbing the bottum of my feet

I found it super helpful going to a running store and have them watch me run/walk........now I have the right support! Agree with the comment above, make sure to get a good pair of socks. For my longer runs I do tend to put on body glide on my feet as well.

    Good Luck!
