    I have been using MFP but not been active on the forum - being an introvert, it is easier to remain in the background. So, I thought it was time to share my story. Have been struggling with the mental side of all the changes and sharing my story is one way of mental acceptance.

    You look great!!! You look like a completely different person, congratulations on your weight loss success! I want to lose around 70lbs and you definitely inspire me to keep going. I just started about a week and a half ago and I already have more energy.

    Really inspiring I too have weighed in at 224 but at my best in the past have weighed 150 , am enjoing doing this myself much more than WW or slimming world as I actually understand what effect the food I consume has on my body .

    Your photos are fantastic you should be really proud
