if im burning 1500 calories a day am i supposed to eat that back and yes that is what im burning i do gym atleast 2 hrs and calculating my steps . but i can barely it 1300 calories let alone another 1500 im too busy please someone help me .

Most people here say YES you should eat at least 1/2 of your exercise calories back....that's A lot of calories your burning for sure!!!0

I am not sure about this either. it makes no sense to me! We work hard to burn off calories only to put them back on? I have read somewhere that we should do this., it feels like we are defeating the whole purpose.0

I say NO, I did it at first and would not lose at all and sometimes gain... for women it's not always as simple as a math problem0
