T25 Program

Can someone let me know if they have had a similar experience with the T25 program? I'm at the end of week 4 and still feel like I'm struggling during the workout. Also the weight loss is minimal. Like I said, just wondering if anyone else had a similar experience.

I just got off that train!!! I am almost 50 and all of the jumping was just too much for me and even though there is modification that can be done, I didn't think the workout would be as effective if I couldn't get past using the modifications. Because I wasn't doing all of the jumping, my heart rate wasn't getting any higher or the calorie burn wasn't getting any higher than when I did more low impact workouts.

I may give it another shot here in a couple of months when I get some more weight off and improve my flexibility...maybe then the jumping won't be so hard on me!

I went straight to Gamma and I just finished week 3. My plan is to then try the gamma hybrid. I haven't measured myself this week to check the exact results. I don't have much weight to lose though, i'm trying to get more lean muscle definition.

I feel like i'm getting a good burn, but i haven't lost a ton of weight, but I probably am not a good reference because i don't have much to lose.
  • Yeah, I'm in the same boat. I don't need to lose any weight actually, just trying to get more defined. Just wondering if anyone else might be struggling through the workouts themselves. I was in pretty decent shape before I started and just feel like I should be doing a little better.

After this third week I can keep up pretty good, but with the weights added I can struggle when doing pyramid and getting to the final iterations :)
