How to count nutrition info from a marinade?

I just entered a recipe for Honey Lemon Garlic Chicken. The chicken is marinated in a mixture of olive oil, honey & spices. The calories and fat, etc are being calculated as if I was consuming that amount of oil and honey, etc. But that is not the case with a marinade - much of it is left behind. Any ideas on how to count the calories, fat, etc. accurately? Thanks!

    Even though it's a pain, I would suggest counting the marinade separately from the chicken and other ingredients. Create a separate recipe if that much is left over, or next time, adjust the amounts for the marinade ingredients until it's just right. Measure by tablespoon/cup what you pour into the bag (or however you are marinating) and measure what's left. Some of that will cook off, too, but better to overestimate than under.
