Hello Everyone,
I joined over 2 weeks ago. I find this site helpful with tracking my sodium intake (I'm on a low-sodium diet per Dr.'s order). Weight isn't a HUGE issue for me, but becoming more cognizant of my diet is eye opening. Introducing exercise to my life is fulfilling and I'm enjoying it thus far.
I'm hope to make new friends to help support my overall health revamp, inside and out with all aspects included.

Welcome! The site is a great way to take a good look at how we have been eating. Lots of great fitness advise its shared freely ( lots of controversy to go with each opinion lol) Take it all in and find what works for you.. Glad to hear you say it's not all about weight loss. A healthy well balanced diet and a fitness plan take care of that long term for many.
