So fustrated and confused

Ok, so I am not proud of this at all but I ate only 700 calories a day for about three weeks with one or two binges (wince). But two weeks or so ago I kind of ate crazily and gained almost everything I lost back. For the past week I have been trying to eat normally (for weight loss like 1400 calories) but I keep gaining weight! I read once about someone's metabolisn slowing down but I have exercised and eaten regularly for the past week.
It is really tempting just to go back to very low calories just to lose weight again...I dunno if I am doing everything wrong or what I just feel so hopeless because I just hate seeing that I gained back most of what I lost and more!
...Any advice? I don't know...

Weight loss is a slow and steady lifestyle thing. Try eating whatever would have you lose 1 lb a week, or whatever goal you want to set, and stay at it for a while.0

Also? The 700 calorie a day seems low, your body might have tried making up lost ground once you stopped doing that. Good luck!0

You restricted to 700 cals for a few weeks? What were you doing prior? How much did you lose (and gain back)? Did you start exercising recently? Do you weigh and measure and accurately track your food?0

I don't understand if that 700 includes with binge calories or it's 700 plus some unknown number of calories.
In any event, you cannot undo the past, so cease the dwelling on it.
Go see your doctor. Discuss your weight issues and make a plan. He will advise you on what kind of foods you ought to be eating as well as refer you to proper people to help, if he thinks they can help you.
Make your good plan and then commit to doing well going forward. That's the best you can do.

...Any advice? I don't know...
1. change your screen name
2. change your attitude about food
3. change your attitude about yourself
4. if you feel like you can't do both 1 ,2 and 3 on your own, talk to your parents and ask for help.
(hint: go with #4)0 -
