What do you wear when you weigh yourself?

In my Bday suit.

I don't think there is a 'right' or 'wrong' way to weigh yourself. I think the thing is consistency. Whatever you wear, or don't wear, to weigh yourself, is fine as long as you do pretty much the same thing each time you hit the scale. In other words, don't weigh yourself fully clothed one week and in the buff the next b/c the scale will then not reflect your true weight. If you are going to wear your shoes--then wear them each time. Whatever the case, remain consistent so that your results stay true.

My lucky boxers! ( yes, I wash them....haha...i just make sure I weigh myself in them after laundry day :P)...so far, so good.....the first time I don't show progress or gain.....I'm switching up! hahaha!

Well, since I'm a never-nude, my cutoff shorts. Naturally.

I wear nothing. And I take off my jewelry, floss my teeth and clean my ears just to make sure no extra ounces sneak in....
