Flabbs to almost abs!

This is my 4 month transformation. May-Today. I do not use the scale, because it discourages me so unfortunately I am not sure what my weight difference is. I am loving my results however! :)

    I am training for a half marathon so I am running 6 days a week and lifting weights 3-4 days a week.

    I have been taking catalyst and spark before each of my runs. They are products by advocare. The catalyst helps preserve muscle. It is really helping, my calves are really showing, my thighs are tightening, my legs are almost all muscle! I am less sore after my long runs compared to my prior half marathon training. I highly recommend the catalyst.
