I feel so awesome and I just wanna show you guys that hard work, patience and moderation is all it takes for some. I never stopped eating the foods I love and I managed to get to this point. So maybe don't deprive yourself and make yourself unhappy. Just find that balance that works for you.

Of course everyone's different so this is just my perspective.
Stats:
SW: 171
CW: 149.8
GW: 140 (possibly 135 if my curves stay)

I use BMR/TDEE method, run 4 times a week and strength train 3 times a week.

    OH Sorry! ..about 145 days now...so roughly 5 months

    Nothing inspires me more than when a person says "patience"! I have none so being reminded over and over that that's what it takes -- patience and consistency and commitment -- well, you've got it all and congrats! Can't wait to see where you are in another five months.
