Beef Rib Denial?

I have looked everywhere and everyone gives me different figures. These were mondo sized bones with little meat, I have a hard time believing it's gonna cost me over 700 calories for a 1/2 rack. And yes, it is quite possible I am in denial...oh the shame :grumble:

Could you eyeball the oz of meat you ate, roughly? That's your best bet.
