How do you go about measuring zucchini?
I'm just trying to figure out what entry to use for zoodles because I don't know if you use 1 cup raw, 8 oz raw, 1 cup cooked, 8oz cooked. And some of them say 1 small zucchini or 1 medium zucchini. What makes a zucchini small vs medium vs large?
Yes, I'm over thinking it. Yes, I need to right now.

your best bet is to get a digital food scale and to weigh it.0

Weight it, it is way easier. The non-asterixed entry has weight as well as cup/item size.0

This. I shred them and weigh them before I press all the excess liquid out.0 -
It's zucchini.
It has practically no calories, so I wouldn't stress about maybe having more than you think on your plate.
But I agree that if you want to measure accurately, go by weight.0
