Just started 10 days ago. Just curious if there's a difference . I've been doing what I'm suppose to do. Eat 1200 calories a day and workout 4 days a week. Burning 500 calories. But I feel like the scale isn't really moving.

Ok thanks. That's my area I'm trying to get rid of. Including my arms. I don't mind the thick hips lol0 -
I think legs, tummy and bottom look thinner . Good job0

Yeah girl! Your doing a great job! I can see a difference already in the belly around the belly button area! Keep it up!0

Honestly? You probably aren't going to see a difference in 10 days. That's nothing. Have you heard the phrase "you didn't put it all on at once, you aren't going to take it all off at once"? Give it, like.. 2 months. You'll start to notice changes then if you're doing things properly. As they say, it's a marathon, not a sprint.0

I was scared my bottom would get smaller. I don't want it to get too small but if that comes with loosing my tummy I'll take it ! Lol0 -
You are just getting started. I think you are expecting too much from yourself for only 10 days. Maybe focus on changing your eating habits, rather than the numbers.0

“It Takes 4 Weeks for You to Notice Your Body Changing, 8 Weeks for Your Friends to Notice, and 12 Weeks for the Rest of the World to Notice. Give It 12 Weeks. Don’t QUIT!” –Unknown
Not sure how accurate this is but this is what I used when I started my weight loss journey. Keep up the good work.0 -

I have highlighted the areas on your body where vast changes are visible@reduction. Even the droop lift of your belly is obvious. The weight sitting on your lower back in the first pic has minimised in projection and volume. The belly & under bra band skin creases aren't as deep as they were in your comp first pic. Your upper hip to thigh area is smaller.
Congratulations and excellent effort!!

Well done for starting your journey
Have you measured your self and kept a note of your inch loss?
You might not yet see a difference on the scales
but you would notice the inches coming down.
You have definally have a smaller tummy.:flowerforyou:0 -
I would not have thought it possible to have visible results in ten days but you have proved me wrong!! Just look at your tummy!!0

Thank you to the person who circled the differences. I couldn't figure out why people were saying no when I could see the difference and I wasn't just saying yes to be over enthusiastic.0

Yes you can see the difference it takes time for the scale to move I have lost between 15-20 pounds but people think I have lost more than that and it's because of the work outs. Keep up the good work and if you exercise you might want to eat back half of your calories because 1200 calories a day is low for someone burning 500 working out. Good Luck and great job so far.0

Yes, you are wearing a different bra!
Oh, you meant your weigh loss, yes you can tell that too.0 -
Yes..... I can see!!!
Well done - Keep @ it : )0 -
I can definately see a difference. Well done Girl!0

Certainly you can see a difference...
And you will see even more in the next 10 days and the 10 after that and so on until you are where you want to be.
The main thing is - the "where you want to be" thing. This is your goal and this is what you want to get to. Work to that and don't give in to temptation. Eat healthy and well, exercise and get lots of outside air and enjoy it:)0 -
Very inspiring. If there is this difference in ten days, imagine what you would look like in 3months. I am new to myfitnesspal (joined 30minutes ago) and was a bit put off by the earlier comments where posters were refusing to acknowledge the noticeable difference in your pictures but luckily kept reading and saw there are indeed some positive people on the site. Would like to know what exercises you are doing. Thanks.0

Yes!!! I see a remarkable difference already.
1) Picture one: the gut extends further out than the breast and the side indention is fairly deep.
2) Picture two: the breast now extends further than your gut does and that indention is very much decreased.
This is showing WONDERFUL progress...nice and even loss.
I assume the scale may not show much "change" yet but if you do whole body measurements you would be able to gauge for yourself the progress you are making by seeing the entire package "condense" and shrink like you are seeing now!
Now...keep up the awesome work and in a few months, much of this will be the past for you! Kudos.0 -

Honestly? She said this is her progress over the first 10 days. She nowhere at all, implied that she expected this to come off immediately. She in fact never mentioned how long she plans to diet and exercise or if this is a lifetime run of better well being. Lets give her credit where it is obviously do and lift her up rather than assume that she has unrealistic goals.0 -
You're looking so good, I can see a difference. Congratulations and continue on the hard work, my friend!0
-
Yes - keep it up! Your side/back is looking much slimmer. There's also just a little less of everything. It's working!0
-
I see a huge difference and for only being in for 10 days your doing fantastic!0
