Corn tortillas are 50 calories for a whole tortilla, if you spray a lil non-stick stuff to a pan and put it in the oven or lightly on the stove, it will harden a bit. 50 calories worth of corn tortilla turned into chips goes a long way. ^_^0

bake off some kale! I didn't like the sound of that at first but OMG its so good...use a light spray of avocado oil and some sea salt then bake them to a crispy crunch0

Not sure if anyone has mentioned radishes yet, but I LOVE radishes and guacamole! I imagine they'd be equally as yummy with salsa and refried beans.0

I've had Beanitos chips. There are a variety of flavors, but all are made of beans. It sounded weird to me at first, but you really can't tell the difference. Pretty darn good!0

Raw or baked thinly sliced jicama!! Soo good even with chili powder (California/Mexican treat)0

Since I started the Paleo Lifestyle,
I quench my craving for crunchiness with fried pork rinds.
There's no guilt, because the fat and protein in them
makes a good, balanced MEAL with the salsa.0
