Hey guys :flowerforyou:
I'm Menna, a 19 year old second year med student from Cairo, Egypt and i'm pretty much new in here, so.. i've always struggled with my weight and emotional eating (particularly related to stress and boredom), my weight crept to 170-175 pounds in my early teens but i managed to lose a lot of it (i'm 5'6).. recently due to high school stress and a tough first year at uni i gained a bit back and now i'm 143 pounds, my lowest was about 120 and i'd love to get there again :').
I'd love some friends to motivate me through this long journey and i promise to do the same i plan to net around 1200 give or take a couple of hundred but i'm not netting below 1000 even on my busy days, i'll try to find time to eat well and incorporate as much exercise as i can (this is somewhat hard if you're a busy med student) but i feel doing it the healthy way will prevent binges and there's no need to hurry anyway. I love my chocolate ) and i plan to put some treats daily as well.
would love to see some of you lovely people around
