apparently im not eating enough protein which i dont find hard to believe i'll admit. but i wanna know if there are any veggies or anything that are high in protein that i can eat since i dont eat meat all the time

Cannellini beans are good, infact quite a lot of the beans and pulses are protein rich. I sometimes make a lentil & bean soup in winter which is really filling, comforting & low in calories but good protein.0

add a protein diet into your diet if ur struggling as well as the veggies0

I'm hearing around the boards that quinoa is good for protein. So are beans, tofu, dairy products, eggs, and fish.0

Greek Yogurt is a really good source of protein I get the plain kind and add some of the hidden valley ranch seasoning packet to it and dip my veggies in it and its awesome taste just like real dip!0

If you eat whole wheat bread and peanut butter together it is a full protien.0
