A friend of mine picked up the set of Chalean Xtreme (hope I'm spelling that correctly!) DVDs at a yard sale and gave them to me. However, there was no back up material, schedules, equipment needed, that sort of thing... Anyone out there in MFP land have tips or advice on these?

I believe you can actually load the schedule off of the beachbody website. You can also purchase extras from the website. Though, i believe with chalean x you just need weights. Like dumbbells, or even a resistance band would do.0
