dont you just LOVE when you wake up and have all your calories available, and when you look in the mirror, your body hasnt ballloooned yet? i just LOVE mornings. they just SCREAM at me saying "fresh start"

Do you guys like mornings as much as i do?? haha

    I do! Especially since I've found a breakfast that works for me -- lower in calories, but gets my energy up to get going in the morning. :)
