I have come to terms that I will never like my body or feel pretty enough. Anyone else have a goal outside of weight loss that goes with loving ones body? I am working on it but it is hard.

I absolutely understand. My thighs will always be a bit squishy, my *kitten* will always be bigger than any other part of my body, and the more weight I lose, the less boobage I will have. For a while I idolized people like supermodels, Kate Middleton/The Duchess, and others whose bodies I will never ever in my wildest dreams be able to look like. Took me a while to realize that having those unrealistic images was hurting me in more ways than just body image alone.

Now I have decided that (after I trim some excess fat off), I want to be strong, whatever that ends up looking like. I still like finding images of bodies to aspire to, but I am happy looking at muscular, defined thighs and firm round glutes, and reminding myself that when I'm able to ride (horses) again, those are the best muscles to have :P
