Im 178cm and and 147 pounds (67kg), I started maintaining at 75kg, but somehow the number kept creeping down, still I feel great, and would rather of lost 13 pounds than gain 13 pounds.

I'm 1.75 and shoot for the 68-70 kgs range (currently 72).
    I think that's ~5'9 and 150-155 lbs.

Bear in mind that the frame counts for a good bit in that. I have small bones so that weight translates to decent muscle mass (and some fat) for me.

I'm 5'9" and I want to stay around 180. Judging by the mirror, I would guess I'm around 15%-17% body fat, and would like to reduce that while maintaining my current weight.

5'9 currently 164, with 3 weeks of a strict cut left.

was 200 but quite Muscular and lost weight all the way down to 141, but I looked too small then( not Skinny, just not enough of me) So I bulked back up and currently on my way back down. Ideally I want to lose weight to 154 (147 may be too ambitious with a Holiday to the USA coming up) , then walk around at what that plus eating a whole Large Pizza is!

I'm 5'9" with a medium frame. Age 66. Current weight 185, current goal weight 164 but subject to downward revision after I get there. I've been stable and comfortable in the 155 - 160 range, but I was much younger then!

I'm 5'9, started at 90kg and down to 83kg now. My goal was 80kg but I may go down from that slightly, my beer gut is my guide now; want a flat stomach.

Muscles play a part, I used to be built at 80kg with a 6 pack but not this time round!.

Athletic build, big legs but small waist. Carrying a lot in my legs right now so they are not even lean, so really most of the difference between 164 and where I want to be at 154 is in my legs, rest of my body is not far off.

I am around 5'10 and weight around 260. I am hoping to continue to lose weight and get down to around 180 or so.

Great to see so many replies, thanks guys, and hopefully we'll get even more yet :)

From what I'm seeing 180lbs seems to be a consistent and healthy top weight, excluding those of course who have packed on quite a bit of muscle to their frame. On the flipside, it seems depending on frame also, the bottom of that spectrum would seem to be somewhere around the 160lbs mark, excluding those of course with small frames, just to get an idea of the middle ground.

The above would kinda gel with my own experiences, where as someone with a broad enough build and frame (broad shoulders, deep chest, muscular thighs and calves, yet narrower waist and thin enough wrists), my ideal weight in the past has been somewhere between 170- 175, although I could probably even drop to 165 with a low enough body fat percentage (if my muscularity didn't change).

This is all quite useful to me, as when I started out to drop weight about 2/ 3 months ago, 175lbs, my previous lowest weight, was my target (and still is). Along the way I've had a sneaking suspicion that I may revise that to 170 when I approach my target of 175. Equally I may to aim for something a little higher than 170, but reach that first, then focus on packing on a little muscle to raise that a few pounds. Food for thought :)

I'm 5'10". Current weight is 228 lbs, down from 271 lbs. I'm looking to get under 200 lbs, then I'll reassess. I like having some size, but the goal is for that size to come mostly from muscle.

5'10 and I started at 220 pounds. Currently at 186.
Aiming for around 150 pounds before I worry about building muscle.

5'10", started the journey at 279, down to 174 as of today.
Switching from full deficit to just shy of maintenance now as a result.
Transitioning from mostly cardio with some strength to a 50/50 split.
Will likely settle at something like 170 +/-3.

I'm 5'10" and am at 177 right now and about 13% body fat (estimate). I'm settling anywhere between 170-180; more importantly is dropping BF down to 9-10% in the next few months.

I'm 6 feet, but my 16 year old is 5' 10" and weighs 205 at 15% body fat. He has a fairly thick structure so I expect if he keeps growing as normal and lifting weights he will probably grow an inch or 2 and add another 20 lbs.
