getting rid of the "mommy tummy" success???

I just finished jillians 30 ds and notice a difference in my belly. I cam try to upload pics as soon as I figure out how:) but would like to know/ see that other moms have had luck in getting rid of the pouch. So if you have a success story or photo please let me know and I will upload my progress pics hopefully soon so you can see what i mean about my belly and would like motivation that it CAN get better

Cant wait to see. I have the mommy tummy and am on day 6 of Level 1. Do you know how much weight, and inches your lost on the shred as well? Thanks

I didn't measure my inches:( I should have but I'm not sure why I didn't. I only lost 4 lbs but imagine I've lost at least a few inches of my stomach. Do you know how to upload pics?0

Lower your bodyfat, lift heavy, increase lean body mass. And weighted planks, side planks, supermans and crunches. All weighted.0

I saw a friend on my facebook use the 21 day fix for her tummy. She said the food portioning really helped her.0

Mine is disappearing, won't measure until tomorrow but the inches have been coming off. I keep a calorie deficit, lift heavy weights, and do cardio a few times a week.0
