    Fantastic! I don't have children myself but my nephew is about to turn 1. I want to be able to play actively with him when he's a little older... I have almost as much weight to lose in total as you did so this is inspiration! I bet your children are loving all of your energy :)

    What an amazing story you share. I'm impressed at how much weight can be lost in only 4 months. I can see that there really are no excuses by what you have done.
