Hello everyone!

Just joined yesterday, just getting a feel for things at the moment! My goal is to lose the 10kg I've put on it the past 6 years.
I've always had weight problems from when I was a kid, but I think that was from not knowing right from wrong! I know now, but still eat the wrong things from time to time, but I've decided this year I will crack it! I even went out bought some kitchen scales yesterday so I will know I have the correct portion, instead of saying "that looks about right".
I think the food diary will help to, and other people here can kick me up the *kitten* if I go wrong.
