Mine will be a run/walk emphasis on the walk but here's I will give it a go.

First time doing this so count me in for 30 miles...hopefully I can do more than that but setting it low as I'm just starting out

I made it to 66 miles in August so I'll set my goal to 70 miles in Sept.0

Starting at 25 miles. I'm doing c25k and I'm not sure how many miles that comes out, but 25 seems a reasonable goal for a beginner.

This challenge keeps me moving, so here I am again!
After my personal record of 79.7 km run/walked in August, I set the goal to 70 km for this month. Back to the office and family routine after vacations, I hope I can squeeze in some regular training since I'm planning to run a 10K on Oct 5th.

I am in for this challenge, I will aim for 80 miles for September as I set my self a 100 mile target for August and failed miserably!
Running the Great North Run on Sunday so that should bag me a few miles! :happy:0 -
