Just interested in seeing different types of people with different goal weights and calorie goals!

5"3 and 1400 net, however I walk 2-3 miles a day to/from work which I do not log as exercise calories.0

5'7, 175ish, for fat loss eating 20% deficit at 2094 a day averaged out - since I'm eating a maintenance day once a week, I've split it up as 2026 6x a week and 2500 once a week.
ETA: mostly sedentary lifestyle, ~5hrs of exercise a week on top. 2100 is my total consumption, not net.0 -

5'5/F - 1233 because I'm cutting right now on a LCHF regime. I don't find it hard to maintain. LCHF makes me feel quite full all day. Plus I only eat twice a day. Morning (after exercise) and night time. I'm not particularly hungry in the middle of the day.0 -
5'6" and 1440...still have a lot of left over baby weight to lose...0

In maintenance or bulking? Or do you just do a lot of higher endurance activity to account for a much higher TDEE/maintenance needs? I'm heavier than you and that's closer to maintenance for me with 5hrs of exercise a week! You must be quite active overall for needs to be this high if you are on a healthy deficit for fat loss.0 -

At around 160, you're definitely not eating enough food. You can still do low-carb while eating an appropriate amount of calories.. considering fat is very calorie dense, you must not be eating a lot of food volume-wise0 -
