Hi I have recently joined & I'm feeling very motivated but I know it won't
Last too long. Would love to chat to some people on here about goals, tips and motivation. I lost 3st a couple of years ago but I have put it all back on, plus a couple more would be great to chat to some people who are on the name journey.

Hi! Another Brit here! My journey sounds similar to yours! I've been a yo-yo dieter all my life! 3 years ago i started a healthy eating regime and over a period of 3 years lost and then maintained a great weight loss! As I was in denial I stupidly didn't weigh myself at the start of my journey so I'm not sure how much I lost altogether- but it must be about 4stone and I went from size 20 to size 14.And lost loads of inches- I did at least mesure myself! Over this time I've been pretty good, keeping within a few pounds. However I've had a tough year emotionally, then broke a toe so diet and exercise has been slack, resulting in a stone gain! So back onto mfp -again- to refocus and I've lost 5lbs-phew! Feeling really motivated and ready to be self disciplined again!

There's a quite a few fellow Brits on here - I've been loitering around for a couple of years dropping about 5.5stone in the process, but with still 3st to go I'm starting a fresh push after a long stall... Happy to have a few more along for the ride. :)
