Hi there, I'm on the East Coast in Nova Scotia Canada :) I've fallen off the wagon so many times but I keep getting back up. Looking for support from all corners of the world :smile:

    Hello!
    I am not new to weight loss or MFP but haven't used these message boards before. I too am from California.
    I am trying to lose weight in a way I can maintain for the rest of my life....taking my time and doing it slowly, in a way I can live with without feeling deprived of the things I love.
    Falling off the wagon is part of the process! Every day is a new opportunity to succeed, no matter how small the achievement. As long as you are headed in the right direction, it's all good.
    We can do this!!!
