I've figured out how I can eat as much Ben and Jerry's ice cream i want without having to worry about the calories! If a serving is less than 5 calories, the USDA allows it to be zero calories per serving (a la the zero calorie oil sprays). The Ben and Jerry's nutrition label will now read as such:
Serving Size: 1/3 teaspoon (1 gram)
Servings per container: 280

Seems like a lot of math involved. So if I eat 1/3 teaspoon at a time, it'll equal 0 calories?0

Awesome. I'm going to space out 1/3 tsp throughout the entire day and do it 280 times. NO CALORIES!! WIN!0

At least it's a gram. I was worried we might have to go to milligrams.0

No wonder I couldn't lose any weight.... I was doing 2/3 of a tsp at a time all day long!! Thank you soooo much for the correction!! The weight should melt off me now!0

WRONG!!! You expend energy by swallowing the ice cream, so it's not zero calorie, it's negative calorie!!!
