What do you do on days you wake up, the morning after your workout and you feel like you got hit by a truck ?

    First the bathroom... then half an hour in the hot tub, soaking the pain away and soothing my muscles and joints. After that I'm good to go.

    Do a flexibility stretch video, then rest a bit before attempting to work out...

    Make sure you stretch before (dynamic stretching) and after (static stretching) your workouts, it helps A LOT.

    yoga warm up stretches, & sun salutations (slowly) help me when I get DOMS, but the second day is always worse than the first. Until you start moving that is :wink:

    Tiger Balm works wonders on sore muscles- but I find if I stretch really well too, and drink a lot of water those also help. I personally love being sore- it keeps me focused on the hard work done :)
