    All in over one year's time...incredible!

    I find I make changes when I've actually hit my 'bottom'...then I wake up one day (similar to your story) and say "NO MORE!"

    If I can do it, anybody can do it.

    Break your goal down into smaller goals, and just focus on each smaller one along the way.

    Ha! Well I'm still getting used to my reflection in the mirror. And I look at these tiny waisted pants and can't fathom fitting into them--and then I do.
