Calories Burned and Earned

Hello All -

I have been losing approximately 2 lbs a week using the Vivofit and walking about 5 miles a day. I am using MyFitness Pal to track my calorie intake. MFP also syncs with the Vivofit device and I earn calories based on my activity for the day.

There are some days that I leave 200-400 calories unused. This past week, although I indulged a little more than usual, I did not lose anything.

Should I be leaving so many calories unused?
