tone down thighs

i want to tone done my legs...basically lose the muscle make them smaller is this possible...i do alot of running, stairmaster, squats leg exercises....should i stop any advice /first hand experience...also i used to dance alot when i was younger maybe the muscle built up from this as well...any diet changes i should follow . Thanx

    You cannot spot reduce the fat on your body. But if you prefer soft fleshy thighs as opposed to muscular thighs, I suppose reducing exercise might work. (Not sure, just speculating. Just be aware that you would add back fat elsewhere too.)

    no i dodnt want to reduce excerise ...maybe just do less squats/not do squats change my eating any other suggestions
