Knee pain!

Last November I found out that both my knees are subluxed. Everyday when I finish my work out it's really hard for me to walk right and it's hard to walk up steps because bending my knees is near impossible. Is there anyway to stop pain and stiffness like this?? I usually do recumbent bike, rower, and assisted pull up machine. I can't use Icy/Hot, it for some reason turns my skin dark purple and burns like I'm on fire. It's really frustrating!

Probably best if you go see a Sports Physio (rather than random interweb advice).

    Good luck

You need specific advice from someone, who can see your knees.
  • A therapist would be able to give you pointers. I was told which type of brace I could use. Compression is enough in my instance - something as simple as leggings. But if you were to get the wrong advice here and follow it, you could exacerbate an already dicey situation. Do your research, go to the specialists, present your thoughts to them and come up with a plan of attack together. If you can tell them in detail when the pain occurs and what relieves it, they will better be able to isolate a treatment plan specific to your needs.
