Also, skim is processed and hardly has any nutrients. I've actually switched to almond milk. I rarely if ever use cow's milk anymore and if I do, I used organic 2%.0 -

Great list, just make sure to watch the labels, especially for those who are new to this. Some of those items can be "clean" or "not clean" depending on how processed they are and what ingredients are used.0

If you want really clean eating - raw, whole milk. Low fat products have no place in clean eating as they are altered from their natural source.0 -

Uhm, last time I checked nuts have protein in them too. So its still healthful. And the health benefits of almonds (which are the most touted nut for snacking because they are so healthful) far outweigh that of a cow product ... plus they are lower in fat and sugars.0 -
