I'll join! I was on MFP back in 2012 and lost 40 pounds, started lifting weights, developed fibromyalgia from it, started feeling sorry for myself, and gained it all back. I've been adrift for over a year now. Time to knock this crap off! I ain't getting any younger here.0

Wow.... It is great to see that there are so many people out there with the same mind set and goal. A good support system is the best first step to success.
I am just planning my meals for today and am setting lil mini goals for throughout the day (no treats in the office, bring snacks and lunch, be positive and don't get stressed, work out tonight)
Does anyone have a good list of low calorie healthy treats, snacks or lunches you like to share? I find myself getting bored of the things I have....

Count me in as well! I've lost about 50 pounds so far and have hit a slow patch lately. Now that my sister's wedding is past, I have a lot more free time and loads less stress. I'm looking to at least be 30 pounds lighter by Christmas but am not going to stop there when I reach that goal.

I would Definitely love to join I have 100 lbs to lose and would love to get started with a big push. I will go with 10 lbs by Christmas which is easily achievable and if I surpass it that only more drive to continue Starting weight Today is 244 lbs was 255 two weeks ago but that was all the beginning water weight drop.0

I would like to join. I have 50+ pounds to lose. I have a wedding in 80 days so I'd like to try to lose around 15lbs by then and then hopefully 20lbs by the 100 days. I currently weigh 223 and would like to be down to around 170.0
