hello my name is kay and im ready to lose these nasty 50lbs i've gained throughout these past 3 years!! any advice ,motivation by all means reply!

    50# would be awesome to lose for me too. I'm starting off with 25# at first... i have to make sure my goals are obtainable! i'm with you girl! What part of Cali? i have family is Roseville and PAlmdale. :)
