Hi - Fitness and toning

Relatively new here

I've used this app for keeping check on weight etc for a few months, however due to school holidays I missed gym and swimming a few times, however trying to get motivated again to get into daily fitness.. Loved spinning although haven't been for weeks - so will be like a beginner again when I get back this weekend! - swimming is great - breaststroke - 60 lengths - So I'm hoping with my gym - weight and Cardio and swim I'll get toned back up and loose a little weight. Any suggestions or other ideas for fitness.

    It's 80% about showing up, It has to become like personal hygiene, YOU require attention and thought every day :smile:

    Consistency is the main thing. Most types of exercise will get you results if you do them consistently and continue to increase difficulty. That said, I would recommend incorporating at least some kind of resistance training, whether that's body weight exercise, lifting, etc.
