Hi all I am new to this site, so just thought I waould say hello......

I am trying to loose at least a stone, does anyone have any good exercises they can suggest?

    Hi Jay,


    Try Cardio exercise such as spin classes and swimming. 45 minutes of spin class, you will burn at least over 340 calories and cycled about 15 miles without you even notice it.

    Swimming tone your whole body as well as burning calories without feeling a sweat. You feel relax afterwards.

    If not try everyday to do a 10 minutes run or jog on the spot.

    Welcome to the site! Im fairly new too. And I have been walking 2 miles every day from Mon. through Friday and I have lost like 10 pounds. Also if you try to stay away from surgary foods and sodas that helps alot too. Add me if you would like :)
