what should i log this as...

I just did my own interval training type thing, like 50 jumping jacks, some crunches, some push ups, some squats, jumping jacks, crunches... but I added in like wall sits, some free-weight stuff, some resistance band stuff too. My heart rate was up the whole time (I don't have a HRM, I'm just going off how I felt), and I did it for like a half hour. What would I count that as? Circuit training, interval training? Misc. cardio?

    I file it under "circuit training" on MFP. Also... you NEED a heart rate monitor, so you can accurately track your calories burned. Worth every penny, believe me.
