Lost 40 lbs in 3 months

So I started at 267 lbs and lost 39 lbs. I got bored one day and decided to track my calories and well, here I am lol. I honestly dont eat healthy food though, I eat frozen food. I eat whatever the **** i want. I went from probably 3000+ calories a day to 1350 but I'm honestly not too strict on 1350. I nibble on home food here and there. I dont track condiments. Anyways most of the **** I eat is frozen, but damn is this even healthy lol. I really dont exercise either. Probably last time I jogged was a month ago.

    Sweet! When you log your food, even if it's not every single calorie, you're more aware of the stored energy that you're putting in and you also pay more attention to the portions.

    Exercise is great, I love exercise.

    I prefer fresh food to be honest - Nothing like fresh fruit & veggies : )

    Or cooking a nice home made dinner from scratch - You can taste the difference!
