    You have done a fantastic job I was the same start weight as you and I have lost about the same amount of weight as you but am rather gutted as havent droped a dress size or anything but to see the difference in you makes me so jealous I hope you continue to do well

    I've been on MFP since May 2010 and finally decided to post a before and during shot. I am aiming to lose another 15 pounds so this isn't the end. It's hard to see the difference in person so seeing it in pictures definitely helps me see the progress.

    March 2010. 230 lbs( retaining alot of water. Diet was high is sodium)
